Adding an Accountant or Bookkeeper to Books
I'm trying give my Accountant access to Books. I've created a new role called Bookkeeper (cloned off the Accountant) and tried to invite the Accountant.
It takes me to Zoho One dashboard for Books but it won't let me add the User because I only have one license.
I then tried it with the Accountant role. Same result. Is there a way of giving your Accountant access without adding a User?
In the instruction video by Zoho it says that by inviting a User it takes you to an simple email address of the user.
Is it possible to provide access to an Accountant without them being a User inside the system?
