adding an email as a "Lead" or "Contact" to CRM

There is already a feature to add a contact from zoho mail (in business).

There needs to be an efficient way to add an incoming email address as a Lead or a Contact into CRM.  You should be able to choose whether to add it as a lead or a contact.
