Adding an Open Sales order view
Currently I manage only sales up to the Sales Order stage. I do not use Zoho fir any invoicing purposes, we have a department for that. And they have no intention of changing how they do things anytime soon. So under the Sales Orders Module you have two options: All Sales Orders and My Sales Orders. Is there a way to add another option called Open Sales Orders. This way I can view only those orders that our company has not finished and delivered or shipped. Currently I can only view all of them. So as a work around I have to create a Sales Order then go back and re-enter an activity that will remind me to track that order. That is an extra step in my process that I would like to eliminate. Or can I modify the current Module so that if the Sales Order has closed in the status box it does not show in the list?
