Adding an unsubscribe link to an email from Zoho CRM
I was searching the forum for info on creating an unsubscribe link for emails sent from Zoho CRM. There wasn't a helpful thread, so I'm posting the solution that I found in the docs.
This shows how to generate the html for an unsubscribe form, which has to be published on a separate web page. Then, link to this web page to create the unsubscribe option.
