Adding Business Mail for another Domain to my Existing Account

I have an existing personal account in ZOHO. I am trying to add new business email for another business of mine, but it will not allow me to sign up with a separate account using the same contact email as the existing personal account. I have no problem adding the business email accounts to my existing, but when I login to my existing account as it instructs me to do I cannot determine how to add email services for a new domain.

Can you advise please.
