Adding companies to campaigns automatically
First off, I've just seen the campaign enhancements that were made in April that allow you to add contacts to multiple campaigns, which is a very welcome enhancement, and one that will make Zoho much more practical for us.
In addition to this, it would be great to also add the company that they work for to the campaign and be able to see all the information from that companies contacts at the company level as well as the individual level.
An example of how this would be useful to us. Our campaigns typically start by sending mails to 1 or 2 individuals per company that we target. Almost all of the time additional people at the company will need to be brought into the process (i.e. the first person does not have the authority by themselves to make a decision). Tracking all of the back and forth communication for a campaign per person is difficult and inefficient. We'd really like to track it on a company wide level per campaign, so we can at a glance see all campaign related communication for that company without having to go in to each contact record.
