When I try to add a contact to an account, by going to half way down the Account page -> Contacts -> New it will create the contact but not associate it with the account.

The account still shows no contacts but the contact appears under Contacts tab.

However, on the Accounts Page -> Contacts, A red arrow appears for a few seconds, then fades out...

Any Ideas?
