Hi

I am pretty new to this so bare with me.

I want to add a task to a potential.  Straight forward, just a call.

I have one person added to the potential as a contact role.  He happens to be the same person as the contact name on the potential and the only one associated with the account.

When I set up the task and select the Contact field it shows me all the contacts in my system.  Surely this is wrong?

Should it not just show the contacts associated with this potential, or even account.

Can anyone enlighten me if I am doing anything wrong.
