Adding cover page section to Inventory template

I've had several requests for a cover page section where a user can write up a paragraph or two that will print out with the quote template, but on a separate page. In order to do this I need to be able to create the Cover page portion of the template, insert a page break of some sort, but also make it so that text maintains its formatting from how the user entered it into the text area. When the form is exported or printed, it should come out as two pages. I know this all possible, I'm just having trouble with these last two items that I mentioned.

If anyone has a template similar to what I am talking about, I would love to see some of the example HTML so I can figure how to make it work.
