adding different users to different domain names / share drives

I would like to set up a number of business domain names, each with a different set of users

How can I set this up on one account?

Also is it possible to replicate a shared drive system with Zoho? For example, for a given folder, it is possible to assign access to selected users (even though they be from different businesses, i.e. with different domain names)
