Adding e-mails to Zoho CRM Contacts without Zoho Mail?
How do I:
1) add new contacts by email from any mail program?
2) add a new note to a Contact by email from any mail program?
Being a long time Highrise user, I'm trying to upgrade to Zoho. One key feature of Highrise for me has always been the opportunity to add an email to a contact by just BCC my personal Highrise Inbox when sending a mail to a contact, regardless of what mail app or provider I'm using. Highrise just checks to recipient and adds the mail to the related contacts notes feed. The same when I receive an e-mail from a contact - I just forward it to Highrise and it ends up in the contacts log. If the contact does not exist, Highrise adds it as a new one.
I've tried to find the same functionality for Zoho CRMbut without any luck so far.
