Adding email and call functionality in Campaigns
Dear Zoho CRM:
First, you guys rock!
2nd I noticed that the only way for me (a Pro user) to send mass emails and quickly manage phone calls is by creating a view for my leads then operating within leads to setup emails and quick make phone calls - and that's not too shabby!
However, if I could create campaigns that do the same thing, that would be most awesome.
I have a campaign that I call HOT LIST - they're my list of leads that I'm working heavily in hopes of turning a sale and I need a way to quickly contact them via email and phone. Yes, I've created a Lead View for my Hot Lisa that works pretty well ("Campaign - is - HOT LIST"). But having this feature be more turn key would be a huge value add. That is, at least I think so.
