We just started using Zoho and unfortunately, have been running into snag after snag. It seems customization is pretty limited. I was wondering how we can attach email-conversations to accounts? Most of our accounts have only 1 or maybe two contacts, and we all handle the contact with out clients together. Basically, it would be easy if we could go to client x (account), see the latest emails from everybody, and pick up where they left. Is it possible to do something like this?
