My client has a small business, and we are looking to implementing Zoho ONE with a single flexible user licence as that is all they really need and offers the best pricing for the range of modules we eventually wish to set them up with, one of which will be Zoho SOCIAL.
Our problem is that as a small business they outsource their social media content to a "social marketing consultant' who they would like to have creating content subject to the client's approval of the various posts to the different channels.
Am I correct in my understanding that there is no way to add this 'external' user with limited publishing functionality without purchasing an extra full and complete Zoho ONE licence? This seems crazy when you consider that if you purchase a SOCIAL licence on its own, you can purchase additional users.
This then begs the question if the CRM is the only integration you have in SOCIAL, what are the benefits of this integration?
Can someone advise if I am correct or what alternatives I have open to me and particularly how others have tackled this very real issue. As ever, the pricing models in Zoho are confusing and out of sync with how businesses can effectively operate with some Zoho Apps recognising external users with limited capabilities (eg Projects, Connect etc) and others forcing you into an impractically difficult predicament with no practical way out.
