I have a workplace standard plan, and want to have an extra email addy like hello@mydomain.com next to the info@mydomain.com

Now when i navigate to the "My email Addresses" section  i can fill in this extra hello@mydomain.com but it say " You'll receive a one-time password to your email address."

and OTP has been sent to hello@mydomain.com

Now here comes the problem

the domain is hosted with liquidweb

my domain registrar is resellerclub

My normal info@mydomain.com works (over a year already), and routing via mx records is correct.

But this brand new hello@mydomain.com, is seemingly bounching at zoho because it not exist, and to have it exist i need this OTP in an email.

What i do wrong here ?

at liquidweb i created an extra email account hello@mydomain.com in the hope the zoho email with the OTP would end up there, but NOT.

I tried at liquidweb mx records togheter with the mx records from zoho, but NOT works eighter.

Totally lost here, spending a whole day on this already.

Anyone has a solution ?

note: i also tried via Settings new email via pop3 and IMAP but also that does not work. (or i used the wrong data from liquidweb.....
