Adding Followers to Cases
Hello,
We use Cases to offer customer support. We find that the current functionality of Cases is quite limited and difficult to use effectively in a collaborative work environment. First of all, in our organization most customer support issues need to be worked on by more than one person. However, since Cases can only have 1 owner, only the Case creator and owner are made aware of the conversations taking place surrounding a Case or any changes to the Case status.
It would be ideal that Cases, just like bugs or tasks in Zoho Projects, could be associated to more than one Follower. This would allow all Followers to be updated on any changes or discussions taking place with a Case.
Is there any plan to implement something like this? Is there any way to recreate this type of functionality with the current Cases module?
