Adding Headers/Footers in Writer Document
Hi Folks,
The most awaited feature in Zoho Writer is finally out and with it the users can now add headers & footers to their Writer document. Here's a tip on how to add them:
# Click on the "Page Setup" link in the first row or the button present in the second row of the editor toolbar.
# A page setup pop up will appear on the screen displaying 3 tabs - "General", "Header" & "Footer".
# With the default "General" tab users can set default font face, size, background color, paper margins & size for all the subsequent new documents in Zoho Writer.
# Click on Header/Footer tab to define the same for your document. The header/footer is basically divided into 3 sections - left, middle & right and users have list of options to choose to define them - Date, Page #, Image, Custom. There is also a preview available for users which gives them a peek as to how a document with header/footer will look like when printed or downloaded as PDF/Doc.
# There is also an option to apply border below header or above footer. Users can select the check box is they choose to have one.
# The Headers/Footers that are defined will show up when the document is printed. These will also be intact when you �Export� the document to PDF/DOC.
