Adding/intergrating/linking Zoho Apps into Zoho business

Why are business apps, like Zoho CRM, Zoho Project, not already on the list with icons on the left? 

Is there way to link Zoho Business to Zoho CRM and other Zoho Apps?

When I want a shortcut link, I have to add app and assign an icon.  When I added Zoho CRM (https://crm.zoho.com) and icon, it does not load properly.

I click the new icon I made for CRM and then "Loading...Please wait" never goes away on Zoho CRM.
