Hi,

we've enabled GDPR conformity in our CRM module and written our own personalised consent email.

In this consent email, we want to provide a link where users can request to have their data deleted. This is required according to the opinion of our lawyer.

If I understood correctly, there is such an option included already within Zoho CRM. I've created a link through Personalisation/Template/Email/Link/Data Request. There I am able to select "Delete" or "Stop Processing".

I've copied that link into the GDPR consent email.

Two questions:

1. Will this work the way I intend it to? Meaning: Users will receive the email, and should they wish to request deletion of their personal data, they can click on the link, we'll be informed about that.

2. How can I embed a link or hyperlink into the consent email form? I've tried copying an html code with the desired hyperlink from a different form but I may have made a mistake there.
