We have started to use Cases for managing post-sales support activities. In our business, which is distributing research equipment to (mainly university) research labs there are often multiple customers getting involved (Eg the student user who first asks for help, the group leader or supervisor, their student colleagues, the lab technician maybe, etc.) All can have different roles in the Case and have an interest in the outcome. There is currently no way to select multiple contacts for an individual Case (like Contact Roles which is available in Deals). Does anyone else have this issue and has anyone found an easy way to effect this please?
