Adding Multiple Contacts with the Same Email Address

I have a situation with one of the users in my domain where she is attempting to add multiple contacts to her contact list through Zoho Mail who all share the same email address.  When she attempts to add the second contact, she receives an error stating " Contact email address already exist".

The goal is to add multiple family members as separate contacts who each have their own separate contact information, but who share an email address (e.g., husband and wife who have separate cell phones but only one email address).

I am unable to figure out how to handle this situation in Zoho Mail.  Any advice?
