Adding multiple email addresses as primary contact for invoicing

Hi Team!

I hope this message finds you well. Is there a way to add other email addresses to the Primary Contact for a Customer in Zoho Books?

This is the use case: We have an automation that creates for us all the invoices. It's working fine, so we barely need to review them. When I bulk select them and I send the Email, it is sent to the email of the Primary Contact of the Customer. We would like to add in the Primary Contact some extra emails addresses of the client which will speed up the payment process and will allow them to get back to us (sometimes even the email address of the account receivable employee changes and we have a default email address). We would like to add extra email addresses as cc'ed or in the main email line, at a Customer level, so it always applies.

We have these secondary emails as Contact Persons of the Customer, but we can only access these when we manually create an invoice and we select the "Email to"check box or if we manually enter to each invoice to be sent and we add the desired extra contact email.

Is there any approach I am missing?

Lastly, we are running this automation with Zoho CRM and Zoho Flow with the "Create Invoice" integration of Zoho Books. Is there a way we can input at this stage of the invoice creation not only the invoice details but the invoice recipients (for example, select all of the contacts available which is an option or to manually add a cc'ed email)? I could add this second email address as a field in the CRM Account Record and have it available on the same integration.
