Is it possible to add multiple tasklists (from tasklists template) to a milestone in bulk rather than adding each one individually?

For example, I've created milestones named by month, ie Jan, Feb Mar, etc,. Tasklists  templates are named TL #1, TL #2, TL #3. How to add all task lists in bulk to each milestone? So want to add under Jan milestone >TL#1, TL#2, TL#3 in bulk.
