Hi,
I use BT as my domain registrar and they have updated my A and CNAME record to repoint the DNS.
Yet, I cannot see the change take place with Zoho. It's been two days now.
I am also expecting important emails but nothing comes through, either via Zoho or BT.
BT has now advised that I request Zoho to add a mx record.
Has anyone come across this issue? Where do I add this mx record on Zoho?
