Adding my domain

I own the domain tubus.asia, and am trying to set up this with zoho; i am not able to understand the process for adding domain.

First of all I do not understand the HTML file method, as I cannot understand how I can "Upload it at http://tubus.cn/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html".

I have also tried the CNAME method, but do not quite understand the language being used,
such as "Take the value to zbcc07ddf4 and point it to zrs.zoho.com".

I am attaching the blank box for entering CNAME record (attachment called CNAME), and
then an attachment called cname modified, filled in the way I guess it should be filled
in. However, I am unable the verify the domain.

Could somebody offer some assistance?
