Adding New e-Mail Address

I'm trying to add a new e-mail address and make it my default.

From Zoho Mail, I went to "My Account" and then "My Email IDs" and setup a new e-mail address. I received the confirmation e-mail (the second time) and clicked on the link in it. Now that e-mail address shows on that screen that it is my "Primary Mail ID."

But it doesn't show up in "Compose" in Zoho Mail.

So from Zoho Mail, I went to "Settings" and "Add another email address." I completed it and got the dialog box for the confirmation code. I have not received the e-mail with the confirmation code in spite of resubmitting it several times. I also checked my spam folder.

Of course I've logged out and back into Zoho with the same results.

What am I missing here?
