ADDING NEW USER GOES TO INVITATION LIST

Hi, 

I did set up a user on zoho mail. However recently while adding a new email address to the domain I have noticed that the email goes to invitation list. This happened when I added a user without the second name. However the user does not exist and I need to have the user created ASAP. 

I do not wish to share the domain details in public due to privacy details of the the client. Do assist me ASAP I need to have this fixed.
