I have previously not had trouble adding users to Projects - but for the past two days, I have been unable to add users on any level.

I need to add one user as an Admin, and three others as managers. When I click Add User, it returns a blank form and does not appear to add the user. No email notifications are sent.

There is a page error in the bottom left corner - not sure if this is the problem? All suggestions appreciated! I am excited about using Zoho Projects.
