Small company here attempting to move our employees to ZOHO. We own the domain name and I have been able to open my account and connect ZOHO to my account "me@ourcompany.com" now comes to ZOHO... all is well. Now I need to add "she@ourcompany.com" and this is where I am lost.
When adding a POP3 account it asks me for the information I must have had to get "me" connected but I cannot find it now. I cannot even examine my account here to see what I put in the boxes to sign up. Confused? sorry. Here is what the add POP3 asks me.
DISPLAY NAME (what goes here?)
EMAIL ID is this the same email address the currently have at ourcompany.com? such as she@ourcomany.com?
INCOMING SERVER what is this?
USERNAME would this be "she"?
PASSWORD same password as she now has at ourcompay.com?
