We regularly events and use the campaigns module within Zoho CRM to manage responses.

Currently we send an email out and manually update the member status with the response.

We'd like to automate this process - is it possible to insert an 'Accept' and 'Decline' button into the email which will then automatically update the member status in zoho campaigns? Happy to look into using other zoho apps or 3rd party solutions etc.
