I used to used Zoho every day a few years ago, and now I'm returning to it I'm a bit rusty with my skills!

I remember that I used to create an account for a customer, then when that customer bought something I would add a sales order to their account.

I can't seem to find an option to add a sales order to an account.

Is it because I currently have a free account? I can upgrade to a paid account if necessary.
