Adding the URL of the webform on the Lead notification

Hello,  I have many many landing pages that I would like to place the same Zoho CRM webform on.    How will I tell which landing page the new lead come from??   

Ideally,  this is what I would like:    When I recieve a new lead on CRM - I can click on it and see the URL of the page where the form is installed.   I would also like to customize the notification email to show the URL.   How can I do this?
