Adding time in a table in writer - For building timed agendas and scripts

I write scripts for workshops.

They might look like this 

8:00 am - 8: 15 am  15 min narration
8:15 am - 8: 30 am 15 min narration

I can put this information into a table and add the times manually.  Sometimes I use a spreadsheet so that I can automatically adjust the  minutes per narration and the start and end times recalculate.

I would love a formula so that I could write scripts in writer benefiting from the word processing options while having a way to manipulate the times without needing to manually adjust all the times when a time changes.
