adding to the convert option

Can I custom the quote screen to convert from quote to case automatically wtih all my customized fields etc??

I see that it only gives you an option to convert to sales order or invoice on the quote screen? I wanted to add a function to convert from quote to case which I have customized the case to fit our company needs.

any help would be appreciated.
