Adding user fails

Hi

I have added two new users to CRM, both received their invites via mail, but the one can't get pass the page to set password from the link via the invite mail. The user forwarded me the invite and I have tried as well. Just prompt me the message... We are unable to process your request now. Please try again after sometime or contact support@zohoaccounts.com
