Adding users

Hello Zoho World.

I am in the process of switching from Outlook hosted emails to Zoho since Outlook is ending there free hosting. I am unable to add alex@domain.com. I need to add that account and migrate my emails before I can start to use Zoho. I dont want to change my MX record until I know I can add the required account.

When I go to add it, i see a red error box show up for about 2MS so I am unable to see what it says.

What am I doing wrong,
