Adding users and apps to Zoho Business

Adding users and apps to Zoho Business

Hello,

I've been having a problem which most likely has a simple solution; but I have not been able to find it.

I have Zoho Business account and have added several users to my account. However, whenever a user logs on to the account they are unable to see the information I have fed into the account. I was told by someone at Zoho Business that I had to go to the Control Panel in Zoho Business, then go to Apps and should then add  the apps whose content I wanted to share in the Organization Apps list. I have done this but to no avail.

Please help!
