Adding Users who have a zoho.com email address

Adding Users who have a zoho.com email address

I am trying to add a new user who i created them a free zoho,com email.  I have done this for me and my other users but for some reason when I try to add my new user the system tells me that I con not have a zoho.com email address. Please let me know what I need to do.
