Hi all,

I have set up my Hello@(my business domain).co.uk through ZOHO.  I have updated the mx setings through my GoDaddy DNS portal.I can now send and receive emails at Hello@(mydomain).co.uk successfuly.

However, I am following this guide:

It it my intention to not interact with the ZOHO portal, and instead interact through a gmail account that will receive emails directed at Hello@(mydomain).co.uk

I am attempting to use the 'send mail as' feature of gmail to add the Hello@(mydomain).co.uk account as an alias.

However, my Hello@(mydomain).co.uk is not receiving the confirmation from Gmail when I check the mail account through the ZOHO portal. Despite the fact that the address can send as receive email to/from other addresses. 

what might explain this?
