adding Zoho plug ins

Dear Zoho,
I just signed up for your trial CRM. Can I get Zoho sheets, Zoho mail, Zoho viewer, etc. to integrate with the Zoho CRM?

I am looking for a product that will collaborate among contacts, e-mails, spreadsheets, and calendars.

For example if I have a project called 8-134, I want to put it on my calendar, relate contacts to 8-134, be able to pull up any e-mails that have 8-134 in subject, etc. So if I type in 8-134, everything about that project shows up. Is that possible with Zoho?
