Adding Zoom Meeting capability for General Users and not only Administrators

We use Zoom for all our client meetings and it's very inconvenient to have to do multiple steps to create a meeting and create a Zoom link seperately. 

The Zoom integration is great and resolved that issue, however, it only works for administrators. Can we please allow Zoom integration for General Users? I do not want to make all of my staff administrators as that will put our CRM tool at risk of people making systematic changes.
