Addition of Service status filter under advanced filter

Greetings!

Advanced filter is an effective search tool present in the module view page. To enable effective filtering of the required records, the search criteria are categorized based on the fields, activity and the behavior of the records like touched records, number of chats, visitor score, company, city, etc.

These search criteria vary between each module. For example, in the leads module you can use lead status as a search criteria, while in the campaigns module you can use campaign status to lookup appropriate records.

Thus far, under the campaign criteria, only the "Member Status" field is displayed. This field contains status options that can be customized by the admins and are selected by the CRM user during the record association. For example, Planned, Opted Out, Invited, etc.

In this update, we are introducing the "Service Status field" as well. This option contains campaign status fields based on recipients' actions or direct responses. For example,Clicked, Hard Bounced, Soft Bounced, Opted out, Registered, etc. 
Thus, using these status, you can sift through the leads or contacts easily.

The service status field will be displayed only for these online integrations:

  • Zoho Webinar
  • Zoho Campaigns
  • Zoho Backstage
