Additional Dialogues?

When I close activities a pop up always comes up saying 'allow this site to open addtional dialogues' or something. I finally checked 'no' in hopes I would not have to see that pop up, now when I hit CLOSE on a given activity NOTHING HAPPENS.

HELP !
