Additional email receiver does not receive email notification.

Hello team!

I set up a work flow rule that sends a "new lead" email notification to the lead owner, sales director and myself every time a new lead is created in Zoho.

I wanted to add an additional email (my boss's email) as a recipient but he does not receive any notification (we all do except for him). 

Note: he has no zoho account.
