please, explain me, how the google contact sync with zoho crm works. Because i have such problem:

1. if i open a contact in Gmail I have only a Name field (but this is a composit fiels with Name, Additional Name, and Surname and so on. (just open from gmail that field....)

2. a lot of my contacts and only name and surname, and the problem with syncronizations does'n exists.

BUT...

3. some of my contacts has also a Additional name field compiled... and in google contact i see it...

When google and zoho syncs contacts, zoho splits fields in NAME and SURNAME, but forget to split the additional name and delete it from zoho (and after from google contact).

I tryed to create a own field as ADDITIONAL NAME and sync with my own new field "additional name", but it doesn't work...!

please, help me or solve the problem if exists!
