Additional storage for Full Data sandbox
As CRM environments grow, production data naturally expands. Previously, a Full Data sandbox included 10 GB of storage by default. Once a production environment exceeded 10 GB, creating a new Full Data Sandbox or rebuilding an existing one was no longer possible.
To address this limitation, organizations can now increase the storage capacity of their Full Data Sandbox by purchasing an additional 30 GB of storage.
This allows teams with larger production environments to continue creating and rebuilding Full Data Sandboxes without being restricted by the default storage limit.
What’s changed?
You can purchase additional storage for the Full Data Sandbox directly from the Storage page.
Additionally, when your production data exceeds 10 GB, an alert pops-up during sandbox creation or rebuild. From this pop-up, you can purchase the Full Data Sandbox storage add-on instantly without being redirected to the store page.
How it works now:
The purchased storage applies exclusively for the Full Data Sandbox environment and not for the other sandbox types.

Important note: The full data storage management page will be visible and updated only when an active Full Data Sandbox is enabled in your organization. If no Full Data Sandbox is currently active, the option to view or purchase additional storage will not be available.
