I can not find any work around that maps the address information from a potential to a quote or quote to a sales order. It seems I have to enter the information each time one of these is created from the other. Am I missing something, or is this really how the system works? Seems to me that leaves a lot of room for data entry error. That would be three separate times I would have to enter the information for one customer.
