please help me. My email account seems to be blocked. I have read, that is due to sending spam or something. I can assure you that the emails is used primarily for business communication. I have been using ZOHO mail for years and it is great.
I have sent today some emails to new companies to explain the purpose of our business, and yes, these emails were the same, but those shouldn't exceed some caps you may have in the system I mean, we have sent only 6 emails from each account. I am definitely not using your platform for direct email marketing. If sending occasional email to 3rd party is treated as marketing I can stop any of those.
Please unblock my accounts, I need to communicate with clients
