Only a portion (roughly half) of my contacts show up in my address book when I compose an email.  I cannot find any difference between the contacts that show up and the contacts that do not show up.  All of them have email addresses.  All of them have the same owner (me).

 

Is there a command or tool to force an update of the address book?
