Address Fields Don't Auto-populate for Vendor Contacts

There is an irritating problem when creating Contacts for Vendors records wherein the address fields for new Contacts associated with a Vendor don't automatically populate. Any Contact one adds for a Vendor has to have all address information added manually. I was told by Zoho Cares customer support that I would have to upgrade from Professional edition to Enterprise edition to have this functionality. 

This is VERY BASIC functionality. There is nothing remotely Enterprise level about auto-populating address fields for related records. Even the most basic address book will auto-populate address fields when contact records are associated with a company record. 

I'm not sure if this is the intent, but after subscribing to Zoho for several months now it feels like Zoho withholds basic functionalities just to irritate it's customers and cajole them into upgrading to a more expensive edition. For example, there is a similar complaint among users that phone numbers from Accounts don't auto-populate when Contacts are created from an Account record. Users are told to upgrade to Enterprise edition to have this basic and obvious functionality. This practice needs to change if you want your paying customers to become happy evangelists for your brand. There are a lot of great things about Zoho, but right now I would not recommend Zoho to friends and associates for this very reason. In the long run you are doing more harm than good to your profits with this strategy.
